                Car buying can be a pleasure.
                Very impressed with my visit to Hilton car supermarket they had a very good range of cars and I wasn't hindered by any salesman as I looked around until I found something that I was interested in as soon as I made an inquiry I was met by Leon a very polite and friendly salesman who explained everything about the car right down to the smallest detail at no time was I put under any pressure and came away very happy with my purchase I would definatly recomend a visit if you are looking for a new car.

                  I got to the garage to sign logbook, they never had one. Went to post office to sort this and tax the car to find out it had no MOT. On the way home realised back and front headlight was out and one brake light. Wheel bearing is going, two gauges in two tyres and the water pump is leaking. Will never go back after this experience for my first car.

                    I've waited 2 hours for my car delivery because of poor communicating salesmen. The after sales service is precarious. Too bad, but I won't be promoting this company to my friends even though the initial salesman was wonderful.

                      Avoid at all cost!
                      I bought a second hand car from Hockliffe branch in July. A month later (580 miles to be exact) the gearbox and rear brakes packs in. I contacted the Hockliffe branch who said they will pick the car up the next day and sort the problems out. 5 weeks later and numerous unanswered phone calls later, my car is still sitting outside my house! Hockliffe branch has got no customer focus attitudes whatsoever and to be totally ignored is beyond understanding. My next step is to get legal advice as this is causing unnecessary stress on me and my family as we have had no means of transport for the last 5 weeks. AVOID HOCKLIFFE BRANCH AT ALL COST!

                          Went to Hilton car supermarket to look at a 61plate xf car ,was sold so I spoke to Malik he sourced me a 64 plate for not a lot more with only 26000 miles on the clock . Would absolutely recommend Hilton cars no pressure good sound advice and would recommend any one thinking of buying a nearly new car go speak to Malik , once again thank you Malik great job am thrilled with my new car

                            Got the car of my dreams at Hilton car supermarket. Alex was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Just a bit disappointed that I when driving home brake pad warning light has come on. So after paying nearly 20k. I've now got to go to garage and pay out for brake pads!!

                              Hands down this company has been the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Hassan was really quick at responding to any of my messages, when I had any questions. Also on the day he allowed me to take it out on a test drive before purchasing, and I think this really helped my decision making process. There were some issues that I wanted to sort out on the car before taking it home, and these were sorted out right away. I would happily get another car from here.

                              What a hassle free experience! I would highly recommend Hilton Car Supermarket to anyone because all of the sales team were super happy to help me find my perfect car. No question I asked was too much trouble for them, which I was impressed with because not once did they have to go and ask someone for answers. After taking Peugeot 2008 for a small test drive, I was happy to discuss finance options. I sat down with the team and talked about numbers, once we both came to an agreement, I had it!

                              I reckon I’ve had my Volkswagen Golf for around 6-8 weeks now, so I think it’s a good time to leave a review. My car has been really enjoyable to drive, and I’m glad I opted for the Golf. I’ve already put around 800 miles on the car since taking it home with it being my daily car. I think Mo was the gentleman on the day, and he was more than helpful! I couldn’t recommend him enough. Ask for Mo if you find yourself at this dealership.

                              If I were to get another car from this dealership I don’t think I would change anything as terms of the process they use because everything went as smoothly as possible. When I first walked into the Hilton Car Supermarket the team were very welcoming on arrival and made me feel at ease while I was looking around. I eventually found a Nissan that caught my eye, so I approached the salesman for more information and once I was happy with everything, I was offered a test drive. As soon as I started to drive it, I wanted to take it home!! 2 month later and I’m still really happy with my car.

                              We are thrilled with our recent purchase of a Ford Ka + from here. Ali made the whole experience incredibly relaxed and stress-free. Unlike some salesmen I’ve delt with in the past, he didn’t push us into a decision and gave us the time/ space we needed to make the right choice. We were torn between the Ka and a Skoda, but Ali was patient while we made the decision. In the end, my wife decided on the Ford because she was especially impressed by its low mileage of just 20k miles. Overall, a fantastic experience with Hilton Car Supermarket, and we couldn’t be happier with our new car!

                              I’ve not used my car that much since driving it away because I only tend to do small trips throughout the week but for the time being, it’s been a really enjoyable drive. On the day there was no hard sell and once we agreed a price for part exchanging my car in, I went ahead with it. I was keen to take it home on the same day, and the team were quick to make this happen.
